The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for planning, creating and implementing content across all of the company's communications projects. This position requires the ability to write compelling content for the Web, collateral, product launches, advertising, public relations and promotions.
The Communications Specialist will help create and maintain the "voice of the company." The position requires a high level of interaction and cooperation across many departments in the company to ensure accuracy, timeliness and implementation of content.
The successful candidate will plan, organize and lead communications projects with the ability to align these activities to the company's strategic and tactical goals.
o Writes content for a wide variety of activities, including catalogs, flyers, Website, promotions, Web advertisements, sales collateral, e-mail campaigns, press releases and other pieces supporting the promotion of RefrigiWear to end customers/consumer; promotes the strategic use of content across all communications mediums
o Manage SEO effort, including keywords, Websites, blogs, social media and authorship management
o Evaluate, recommend and create content for B2C and B2B promotional activities
o Manage tradeshow activities, including budget, shipping and communications plans around shows
o Branding projects execution, including helping to develop the company voice and consistent use of product terminology
o Internal communications development, including training materials, call scripts and newsletters
o Assist in trademark name research
o Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Journalism or field related or equivalent degree + experience.
o 2-4 Years: Copywriting for commercial marketing (product marketing) with B2B/B2C customer mix
o 2-4 Years: Writing for Web, building SEO content; intermediate understanding of the changing landscape of SEO
o 1+ Years: Public relations experience with writing and distributing press materials
o 1+ Years: Advertising copywriting, including Google AdWords
o Knowledge of business and marketing operations
o Ability to interface with people at all levels, including customers and external vendors
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage projects independently
o Detail oriented and well organized will be extremely important

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
