Sales Support Administrator


RefrigiWear, Inc., the national leader and expert in the manufacture and distribution of insulated apparel and accessories for use in extreme cold environments is currently searching for an extremely professional, highly motivated Sales Support Administrator to join our team.

As the Sales Support Administrator you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales Management team for our fast growing dynamic company. This opportunity is crucial to our success and involves interfacing with all departments across the organization as well as a strong commitment to our customers and Regional Sales Directors. To be successful in this position the ideal candidate will interact as a team player with solid communication skills, accountable and motivated to learn our industry.


This position will report to and work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CRO.

Performs administrative activities and data analysis for the Sales Management team:
- Create, reconcile and analyze monthly sales reports, review monthly commission reports and bonuses
- Research new businesses, prospects, mergers/acquisition, setting them up in the CRM system and communicate appropriately to the Sales Management Team
- Processing sales data, writing sales progress reports and other sales related records and communicate appropriately to the Sales Management Team
- Assist in coordination of sales meetings and events
- Audits, modifies and amends data within ERP/CRM database/system
- Work with internal and external contacts to ensure accurate pricing. Preparing and disbursing monthly and quarterly customer reports
- Gatekeeper of Request for Proposals (RFP) and communicate appropriately
All other duties as assigned by Executive Assistant, and the Sales Management team to include meeting preparation and follow up, proofreading, travel arrangements, and special projects.

Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, accountable, self-motivated, efficient and detail oriented
Internet research abilities and strong communication skills
Previous position in a sales support role and/or strong business acumen is a plus
Knowledge of Cognos and/or Crystal reporting systems a plus.
Ability to communicate with employees in other departments concerning processes and timelines
Ability to learn industry language, departmental processes, and product specifications
Attention to detail and follow-through is essential
Candidate must possess advanced Excel skills for analyzing, reporting, formulas, and importing/exporting data, Pivot Tables, Macros, V Lookup
Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
Salary will be commensurate with experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
