You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions.
The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.
Responsibilities Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Report in detail any suspicious incidents Monitor access for multiple vehicle entrances Maintain a daily duty log of persons / vehicles entering the community.
Observe remote security cameras and troubleshoot when necessary.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of security office.
Routinely update rosters and reports.
Skills Present a courteous and professional appearance.
Ability to work independently and multi task.
High School diploma (minimum required.
) Security and surveillance oriented.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Basic knowledge of computer office programs and troubleshooting.
Interact with the public on a regular basis.
