25 an hour Read and draw prints and schematics that can be converted by draftsmen into standard format Modify existing prints and schematics as required to reflect changes Repair components when feasible Analyze and evaluate circuit boards for repair Train other support personnel Service plant equipment/machines, microprocessor based controls, instrumentation, solid state controls, in addition to normal electrical duties Responsible for PM's and repairs of all plant equipment Plan, layout, and perform installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair of all plant equipment following the approved maintenance and installation standards Work with other maintenance technicians when completing all phases of installation, PM, and/or repairs, specifically plumbing of air, hydraulic, oil, water and gas lines Ability to use multi-meter to check live circuit Make all necessary weldments and perform minor masonry work Use measuring devices (precision equal to machinist) such as micrometers, gauges, calipers, and other measuring devices necessary to troubleshoot and repair equipment Repair and maintain electric motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical and mechanical control systems, lighting systems, and power transmission systems Ability to safely rig machine parts for removal from equipment Participate in training of other maintenance employees Legibly and accurately complete all paperwork Perform other duties as required by manager Job Type:
