The Lead RA assigns daily staff assignments for RAs and coordinates resources if needed.
The Lead RA ensures all staff are present and in appropriate area prior to the start of their shift.
The Lead RA reports to the program manager and is the liason between the clinical team and the Recovery Advocates.
Essential Functions:
Provides all duties of an RA Maintains safety in the milieu using prevention and de- escalation techniques Ensures patient status and progress of patient is documented in the EMR per program guidelines Ensures appropriate charting is completed by the end of the shift; sharps logs, shift reports, incident reports, 30 minute obs, etc.
Communicates changes in client behavior/demeanor to appropriate staff Provides assistance in a crisis situation Assists with monitoring programming for compliance and improvement opportunities Provides assistance in crisis situation Must be able to take on-call shifts Ensures documentation is complete and filled out accurately by the RAs Trains and supports peer staff in development of individual and group intervention skills Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
