About the Position We are looking for an individual with several years of experience in the sales industry to join our event sales team.
As a sales manager, you would be responsible for representing Montaluce to potential clients and ensuring new and existing clients get the best care possible.
You would be responsible for helping clients plan their wedding/private event and ensuring it is properly executed with our event managers.
You would also be responsible for hitting weekly and monthly sales goals, and ensuring clients make payments on time.
Job Description Expected to develop an extensive knowledge of and enforce Montaluce's policies and standards Responsible for selling Montaluce as an event venue Responsible for interacting with clients and ensuring their needs are being met Responsible for ensuring clients are satisfied with their level of care Can promptly handle clients' complaints in a professional manner Can maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while representing Montaluce Responsible for ensuring the event space is kept in pristine condition for tours Responsible for communicating with the Director of Operations & Sales and relaying any pertinent information Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics Requirements Attention to detail - must be able to notice and attend to the minute details that make up the guest experience Communication - must be able to properly communicate with coworkers and guests alike Teamwork - must be able to work well with others to achieve a common goal Troubleshooting - must be able to actively solve problems as needed Leadership - must be able to inspire and lead others to do their best while also ensuring policies and standards are being upheld Experience - must have at least one year of sales experience Pay:
Base pay of $10/hr
3% gross sales commission, $15/hr
2% gross sales commission, or salary negotiable with experience Advancement:
Will be able to advance to further management roles in the company as opportunities arise Job Types:
